Iran discover tour As arriving in Imam international airport our representatives will transfer you to hotel. Youâ€™ll have a visit of Archeological museum where you can get an abstract of Iranian civilization, after that youâ€™ll visitÂ TughrulÂ tower which is a remained structure from once Rey was capital in Saljuq period and Shah abdol Azim.
Weâ€™ll drive to Hamadan and en rout youâ€™ll have the chance to visit Soltanieh domeÂ one of the world heritage sites which dates back to 13 century.
In the morning we will drive to Kermanshah to visit the temple of anahita, (one of two archaeological sites in Iran thought to have been attributed to the ancient deity Anahita), Taghe bostanÂ which is a series of large rock relief from the era of the Sassanid Empire of Persia, Behistun inscriptionÂ is a multi-lingual inscription located on mount Behistun and bazaars.
After a morning free at leisure, in the afternoon weâ€™ll drive to Ahvaz-Iranâ€™s oil city-to spend the night there. En rout weâ€™ll have a visit of Ziggurat ofÂ ChoghaÂ ZanbilÂ , an ancient Elamite complex which is one of the few existent Ziggurats outside of Mesopotamia.
Day 5,6 & 7
In the morning weâ€™ll drive to Shiraz. In the evening youâ€™ll have a visit of the tomb ofÂ Hafez and Saadi two mystic poets of Iran.
A full day city tour starting with Zandieh complex(KarimÂ KhanÂ citadel,bath,mosque andÂ bazaar)Â also two remarkableÂ monuments built on the Qajar dynasty,Â Nasir-al Molk mosqueÂ andÂ NarenjestanÂ palace,Â a traditional and historical house.
Weâ€™ll have an excursion to Persepolis, the religious capital of the Achaemenids, The capital of Darius the great, Xerxes and Artaxerxes I. We continue our tour visitingÂ Naghshe Rajab,Â Naghsh-e RostamÂ an ancient necropolis containing relics of the Elamite, the Achaemenid and the sassanid eraÂ and PasargadaeÂ the Cyrus the great capital.
Free at leisure in Shiraz.
Day 8 & 9
Weâ€™ll drive to Kerman and en route visiting the worldâ€™s biggest fig gardens.
Weâ€™ll have an excursion to Mahan for visiting ShazdeÂ gardenÂ (Prince garden), a historical Persian gardenÂ in Mahan located 42 km of Kerman. . Back in the city weâ€™ll visit Ganj Ali Khan complexÂ (bazaar,bath, School, water reservoir, mosque, and caravansary), a Safavid era complex.
Weâ€™ll drive to Yazd but en rout youâ€™ll have a night stay inÂ ZeinoddinÂ caravanseraiÂ which dates to the 16th century and is situated on the ancient Silk Road. It is builtÂ during the reign of Shah Abbas I to provide facilities to travelers.
Day 11 & 12
We continue our trip to Yazd. In the evening youâ€™ll visit Amir Chakhmaq complexÂ containingÂ (mosque, caravansary, bath, Tekyeh and a cold water well), named after Amir Jalaleddin Chakhmaq, a governor of Yazd during the Timurid dynasty (15th-16th century)
After a short tour visitingÂ ZoroastrianÂ fire templeÂ whichÂ the place of worship for ZoroastriansÂ during a half day tour.Â and Towers of silence,Â a circular, raised structure used by Zoroastrians for exposure of the dead.weâ€™ll drive to Isfahan.
A complete tour of Isfahan city starting withÂ Naqsh-e Jahan squareÂ located at the center of Isfahan city. We visit buildings Â from the Safavid era surrounding the square such as:
Imam Mosque (ShahÂ Mosque), one of the masterpieces of Persian and Islamic architecture
Ali Qapu Palace, another wonderful Safavid edifice, was built by decree of Shah Abbas I in the early seventeenth century.
Sheikh Lotfollah Mosque, the private mosque of the royal court.
Isfahan grand bazaar
Chehel Sotun palaceÂ (Forty columns), a pavilion built by shah Abbas II to be used for his entertainment and receptionsÂ also Vank cathedralÂ whichÂ is one of the first churches of the city built by the thousands of Armenian deportees that were resettled by Shah Abbas I.
In the morning we leave for an excursion to Abyaneh the red rock village. Back in Isfahan you can enjoy walking in tree-lined streets and visiting Siose pol and Khaju bridges.
Free at leisure until in the evening when you will be transferred to airport for your return flight.
